Cancel by 5:00 PM Pacific one business day before the shoot, excluding observed federal holidays, for no charge or a full refund. Late cancellations carry a 35% fee unless I waive it; late rescheduling carries a 35% original-appointment fee, with the replacement billed separately.

Booking terms

Your card is saved when you book and charged in full at 8:00 AM on the day of your shoot, Pacific Time. Cancel by 5:00 PM Pacific one business day before the shoot, excluding observed federal holidays, for no charge or a full refund. Late cancellations carry a 35% fee unless I waive it. Late rescheduling carries 35% of the original appointment, with the replacement billed separately. Request a cancellation or change with your order code on the cancellation page.
